This is a 1 3/4" quality milk chocolate square. It contains 30mg of Delta 9 and 30mg of CBD.  It can produce a very strong high...but it can also ease pain and help with sleep issues. A first time user should start with a 1/3 to 1/2 of one square. Try holding some under the tongue for a quicker onset. Swallowing the square quickly is a slower onset, but could be stronger. Delta 9 converts to 11-hydroy in the liver which is considerably more psychoactive and longer lasting than Delta 9.
